Nyos Skimmer Question

So the Skimmer was skimming a little bit, now it’s settled right down and I think ready for fine tuning . But which knob do I turn and in what direction to get that nice dry skin I have to the top? It’s only now making it to the bottom of the collection cup.

I still can’t get this thing tuned. Starting from the beginning again. Noises and lots of bubbles! It’s really starting to hack me off!

Did you ever get it figured out? Someone told me mine was too deep so I raised it up and got even less skim. Now back down and starting over again but worse off than before.

Needs to be in 8" of water only. Notorious for air blocks so blow in tube to start. Control with the open/close valve. Half turns at a time and wait to see result. takes time to tune.
