Science project. LoL. Well I had to take it out of the sump . Cleaned the inside propeller by running has water and notice you can adjust the opening by rotating the big tube that controls water flow. Which made it easier to work with . Skimmer back on track and working like a charm.

Good news! Glad it worked out.

Nice! I had the same issue before with another skimmer. Salt creep plugged up the air intake.
