How big is your tank?
I've dealt with a few of them and they are hands down one of the nastiest, most aggressive species of dotyyback that I have dealt with.
That blenny would get his butt handed to him by the dottyback!!!I'd be thinking it would be alright, to my knowledge if the dottyback tries anything on the blenny, it will learn quickly not to.
Midas blennies don't have venomous fangs. They have venemous fangs for defence, they can handle themselves![]()

Possibly [emoji14] disregard me then!I think it's the canary blenny you were thinking of.

This wasn't my experience but I've only dealt with a few tank bred individuals and kept them with things that would stick up for themselves. I definitely wouldn't recommend if you are wanting to keep it with timid fish or those that inhabit similar areas or niches.
In the future I was considering a schooling fish like a red spot cardinal or something small like that so I don't think a dotty is the way to go.
