Observation - AB website is really slow

Just an observation from a repeat customer. Your website performance has gotten really slow. This has been something I have noticed for some time. Just getting it loaded and navigating is slow. I was going to order some stuff but cancel as it was that slow. I hope you have the issue resolve sooner rather than later. I could only imagine if I bailed (and I am an IT guy who design software/solution in my job so I can understand what it take to put an ecommerce website up), how many others may have done the same.

We feel your pain! We added a couple plugins recently that we have pulled or are in the process of pulling and getting them reworked. We also hired a database engineer to try and resolve any other issues we may be experiencing. We may be pulling one additional plugin today, and that should resolve all of the speed issues.
