Ocean Nutrition Formula Two: How to feed?

Hey all,
So after months and months taking 10 minutes to try and rubberband formula two blocks to a rock, how do you feed formula two? I’m getting sick of doing it this way. I’m sure I can thaw it out like other frozen foods but any other options?

Evening,

I have been feeding this for years. I actually like the flake form better. I get the flake and soak a few drops of vitamin into it before feeding.

I still feed the frozen as well. I just drop it in. Usually it will float around or get sucked into a wavemaker and spread around. It says do not defrost but I do anyway. It is going to defrost in the tank, so I end up doing it in a cup first mixed in with some mysis. works fine
