Okay I got my new Ocean Revive Arctic T247 LEDS. I like the way they look. I really like the finish that is used on the lights.
I have great coverage from front to back and side to side. They are 10" off the water.
I have them hanging right now. I hope to build a canopy in the very near future.
I have the LEDS set to first Channel Blue set to 50% Channel 2 set to 35%. I will ramp them up slowly over time.
The Fans are super quite.
Now for some info about them before the photos

The fixtures are cool. I have the S026 and would like to switch to the T247 but I've been told they are currently on backorder until later this month. What's your impression of the timers and the power control?

BTW, great coral photos!

Timers are very easy to use. Was not hard to learn them. Power control is very controllable. You can ajust a 1% encraments.

@Buganddoug, you are the idea person for me to ask this question. Having used T5 and MH, how would you rate these LED in comparison to coral growth and coloration? Do you have any before and after pics of growth?

PS. Looks great.

I have seen better color out of all my corals. Some of my SPS are growing much better than I would ever guess. I am very happy with T247.
I will get some photos up. Be patient with me I have a very crazy next 2-3 nights. I will see what I can do.

I just got one for my 93 rimless cube i cant wait till it gets here!!!! it just made its way into the states today!

Im really interested in one of these fixtures but would like to know a lil bit more about them? And also how can i get one?

Have they kept growth and color on you already nice corals? Updates?

Yes they have. My purple digi is growing out of the water. It is about 8"H x 10"D x 15"L. Everything has great colors. All my SPS is doing awesome. My Rics look so nice.
I am very happy with the lights.

I just put four of these over my 220. I changed out a few bulbs to get my preferred colors and mounted them on a DiY rack under my canopy.

I'm liking them so far, especially for the price.

Ive got 3 of the s026 over my 125 im getting ready to switch to t5. Ive had them up 9 months and i do like them and things will grow im just not getting the results i want with sps and some corals really like them and some dont. I just miss the days when i could buy any coral and not wonder if its gonna agree with the lights or not

Hello everyone my lighting is doing great. I just got a new and bigger system. I will still use my 4 T-247 with the new system. A little hint in size 84L x 24D x 30H.. I hope to have it up and running by Halloween.

Dan, it sounds like a great size for a tank. Drop me a PM if you want to discuss a few different ideas I used when I set up my 180g that seem to have worked out well. Like using a shower pan liner made from flexible PVC in the bottom of the stand to collect spills or leaks. Or setting your LR up on egg crate with PVC pipe for legs so you even get water flow under your live rock.

I'm glad to hear this. I just ordered 2 - T247's for my 65 G tank. They look to have the features I was looking for at a price I wanted to pay.

Does anyone heave this fixture running at % just curious ,

I don't, but I could... kind of. I have a T247 fixture over my 25g frag tank. The tank is only 10" deep and the fixture is hung 2' off the water to give me room to work in the tank. Therefore I get a lot of light spilled outside the tank. I run 90% blue and 10% white. I could bump the blue to 100% but I don't need to.

How deep is your tank? What kind of corals do you have? How high is the fixture off the water?

At 100% on both channels the odds are you will bleach corals.

Thanks for you reply, I have the fixtures hanging ~5 " from the water
, intensity is set to 95% on both channels , but I started at 15% when I installed the lights over 6 months ago,
