I have a t247 less than 3 months old and for sume reason the light will not turn off even when the off function is selected. I have to unplug it to get the lights to turn off . I have set the light to come on and off at certain time but the whites stay on . What am I doing wrong...?... TY !

Just to make sure, you are trying to set off time for ch2 correct?

Mine started doing this about five days ago. I was turning it off by hand until I could get around to putting it on a timer, since it seems to keep the time. Then yesterday it turned off on it’s own normally again. Tonight too. I don’t know how this helps, but I had a similar experience, yes. I assume it’s an issue with the internal timer.

I sent customer service an email. I bought them from SaltCritters - Lets see what they say.

Thanks! I received an email from the seller salt critters and they are sending me a replacement part- said it could be the internal timer is malfunctioning.
