I have a small BTA tank and am running an ocean revive t247 8" above the water line. My bta's are 12" below the surface.

Any recommended settings for my situation? Also is there an easy way to determine color temp with just 2 channels? For instance what would the color temp be with the lights 50% white and 50% blue?

Thanks!

Are you asking for what is best for the anemone?

If so, you'll be fine with whatever you choose, as long as you are providing enough usable light and not too much.

I have two of these, with some of the cool whites and all green/red replaced with warm whites about 14" over a 12" tall 60 gallon tank. This may give you a range on what PAR you get at this height at 100%.

Sorry I should have been more clear. This should probably be in the anemone section but for now I am just looking for help with lighting.

I just started a small bta prop system. The anemones have been in the system for about 2 weeks and while they are all healthy and look great, they have been hiding since being introduced. I expected this at first but I feel like 2 weeks is pushing it.

I have ruled out all other factors and lighting is the only thing left that may be the issue. I have turned them down to 10% blue and 6% white trying to get them to come out in search for light. There isn't any way this low of a setting could still be too much light is there?

Could you please repost that picture? I don't think it uploaded correctly. Thanks!

When I had ocean revives I ran blues at 85% and whites at 40%. 12” above water line and Nems were about 10” below water line
