I can not get my whites to turn off and have blues only everything is set right when I turn chanel 1 on they all come on same with chanel 2 HELP

On your remote press UP, DOWN, LEFT, RIGHT to reset the settings.

Got them unplugged now I could not even turn them on one at a time manually
