the new ocean swipe automated glass cleaner was launched today....looked it up and the smallest version is $850.00...... and that is the deeply discounted sale price.....they have got to be kidding me.....when people don't want to spend $1000.00 to monitor their alk....and a total aquarium controller by apex is 800.00.... this has got to be a joke.....and you have to put a track around your tank for the cleaner to run on .....omg....please someone tell me I am missing something here....

Pathetic, I wonder how many people will actually buy this thing?! [emoji23] [emoji23] [emoji23] I don't even believe in paying $100 for a handbag LOL people making money off of a name and not necessarily quality.... even though we buy Apex at least we get quality to match!
 
I don't know, from the videos I've watched it appears to work. I'd be interested in seeing if it can clean the back wall though.

Haha I said the same thing to myself when I looked it up. I don't really mind cleaning my glass, so I was curious what they thought someone was willing to pay in order to not have to clean it. Nope, nope, and nope! Who in their right mind thinks that's a reasonable price?

That was supposed to be released in September 2016. They've gone silent. I don't think it's happening. I thought the camera on the inside of the tank idea was pretty cool. That's why I liked it lol

Well that is just a little bit devastating :( I also thought the camera was an awesome addition.

At the same time September 2016 is only a couple of months ago and it's not uncommon for things like this to blow out by a few months. If they don't resurface this year though, even just to say they have ended up behind schedule then I will give up hope.

I thought the MOAI one was cool because you could share the link to it and people could look at your tank and clean the glass all at the same time. (I guess I would need friends for that to work though ;))
