I just got these clowns home and realized while acclimating them that they don't look like they're the same species. Are they different species, or is that how the juveniles are supposed to look? Do I need to separate them?

The one on top looks to me like a Clarkie and the bottom maybe a perculla

Those look like regular ocellaris to me.

Are dark eyes around the pupils an accurate observation?

The black lines on the white lines are thin like ocellaris but hard to tell that feature on smaller fish sometimes

Purcula have think lines I thought? And the one on top looks more yellow like an Clarkie. Don’t take my guesses for anything but that as I’m still new with clowns and obviously still having issues ideoghem myself I just know I want several of all of them but the wife won’t left me turn the house into a fish tank lol

Correct on thin lines, that came out wrong!

The top one is definitely an ocellaris — some have lighter orange coloration! :)
