quick search on here says answer is yes. Though I’d ask anyway...

Can I put a black and white ocellaris w an orange and white ocellaris?

Depends how much larger imo. An established large clown (ie definitely female) can bully a juvenile enough to kill it. I've found it best to buy both juvenile, with one slightly larger than the other. If you have a slightly larger fish that's great. If you're trying to add a 4" fish and a 1" fish you'll have a bad time.

Yes, in fact this is how designer clowns are developed.

I thought you were supposed to put 1 small w 1 bigger so there’s no struggle for dominance?

My experience is that clownfish are always about dominance and I have been able to successfully introduce a juvenile clown with a larger female clown that lost a mate (but not always). In contrast I have had two juvenile clowns of the same size that fill their roles and become a pair and other times where the two juveniles both want to insist on dominance. There is not a sure thing when getting clowns to bond and mate, but there are several things that can be done to manage the aggression (if it becomes a problem).

Great answer. In other words it's variable. No two animals are alike and if they are fighting enough to where one isn't able to eat you'll have to separate them.
