2 weeks ago I posted about my clown maybe having ich or Brooklynella, still not certain which it was. I did a 5 minute rodi dip with a bubbler and returned him to tank. 2 days later spots were gone. My 2 firefish and clown scratch themselves in the sand occasionally but now the clown has 3 red bumps under his mouth. I have noticed him swimming in areas he doesn't usually swim and the lawnmower blenny bullying him a little. Any help will be appreciated. Water parameters in pics and temp is 77. I have a quarantine tank that I setup this morning. Salinity was 1.025 but I need to check again.

There is literally no disease that can be cured by a single FW dip, at most it buys some time. If a disease goes away after 1 dip, it would have gone away on its own.
Those spots are not an indication of a specific disease. Watch your blenny, they are pretty sly, and more serious bullying may happen when you aren’t watching .
The scratching could be a sign of flukes. These are clear and the FW dip would have knocked them back, but not cured them. You could consider a prazipro treatment...not saying definitely, just a possible idea, it is not without its own risk.

Yes I've been trying to stay away from all the risky treatment stuff, I will look into that though. Thank you Jay
