I know this is a common question but how do I tell the difference? It has thin black bars like an ocellaris but eyes like a percula. It is wild caught.

100% Ocealaris to my eyes..

Im gonna say its an ocellaris. I have a young ocellaris pair and my female looks just like this. Slightly yellow with thin stripes. Plus, the captive bred ones tend to be slightly yellower
