Octo reef 100-hob not working help

I’ve had it for about 2 years it was working fine then recently the water isn’t getting high enough to pump through the home back to the return side.

I’ve cleaned it and it’s components hoping something was just stuck. I’ve pinched the tube so it would prime high enough for the water to go through the hole but it just settles again under the hole water level.

If anyone has an idea of what I’m talking about and an idea what’s going wrong please help.

hi, yes it is common,owned many for many years,hold air line capped ,unplug ,re plug ,normally does the trick
