October meeting

Well I havent seen anything goingon for future meetings. So unless there is already a plan i can try and host Octobers. I would like to do a fall outdoor thing like last year. Hayride, campfire, smores, hotdogs, soccer, football. and plenty of stuff for the kids. Im thinking maybe mid October?

Anyway we could do it on a Sunday evening??? Like the 14th or 21st???

The 13th we are having a fall festival that my church is putting on in Fort O and I would really like to come to Oct meeting with you guys as well as I would like you all to come to the evet.

Actually I was gonna Pm you to see if the 14th would work for you. After looking at aprils work schedule she isnt off any saturdays this month, so a sunday afternoon would be good. How does the 14th sound for everyone? Actually I just checked and april works that sunday to. But she will just have to miss out I guess. the only time she might not have to work is the 27th or 28th. But I dont know how cold it will be by then, for the kids and all. I enjoy it to be alittle cooler anyway, it adds to the fall theme. but I dont want people to not come cause its to cold. But they can stay inside I guess. So anyway, whatever. We can do it on the 14th or wait and do it at the end of the month. is there anyone else who has time issues?

Because of the kids sports being played on Saturday's, Sunday is better. Unless Ironman really doesn't want us there Jerm.

Due to a death in the family, april 10 year class reunion, and both our high school homecomings this month it is gonna be difficult to do this, so right now the get together will either be the last week of october or begining of november

Ok guys, it looks like I can have this meeting on sunday october 22nd. it would be from after lunch till whenever you wanna leave or I kick you out. I will have stuff for the kids and brandon to play, and the adults can play whatever, ive got plenty of outdoor stuff, or if its to cold there is TVs and stuff inside. Ill get a campfire going and we can have hotdogs and smores. the kids can go on hayrides, and if you have older kids there is woods to explore. I might get the fourwheeler out if everyone stays sober! JK, Lets keep this an alcohol free event since there are kids please.
So if we can kinda get an idea who all can make it ill get a list of stuff to volunteer to bring.

Sounds like fun. We should be able to make it. I believe all of us will be able to come. I'll let you know if that changes. Thanks for hosting and doing the fall outdoor fun meeting again. Should be a blast like last year!! If you didn't get a chance to come last year try not to miss it this year. It really is a good time for the whole family. Looking forwarnd to seeing everyone.
