I have an octopi and I can assure you its 100 percent worth it. You can switch there schedule very easy. You can watch them change colors instantly and shoot black streaks down there body. My little girl likes to bob her head as she looks at me. She takes food right from my hand and has never bitten me. She even likes to hold my fingers while she eats,She also rubs them as she holds them lol. I started messing around in her tank as soon as I got her and she has been nothing but easy for me. I currently have her set up in a 15 gallon cube (as she is still small). I feed her molly's that my grandfather raises along with large saltwater ghost shrimp. I have a common octopi and suggest you get one of those. I watch my octopi all the time even when she doesn't see me and she has no interest in getting out of her tank so far Ive read that the main reason they get out of there tank to to look for food so make sure you keep her well feed. The only time she comes to the top is to greet me at the rim where she shoots water out at me and pulls my hand in so she can climb up and sit in the palm of my hand. and she has only inked once and that was because my two year old scared her and it was barely anything.
