Brisstle worm, ubiquitus scavenger in reef systems. The brisstles have a toxin on them and depending on the species and a person's sensitivity if they get stuck in a finger the reaction can vary from mild irritation to serious and painful irritation. Small one I'll ignore but larger ones I'll remove if possibnle if I see them when doing maintenance however I would not put a lot of effort in trying to remove them if they get away.

Your Bristle worm appears to be of the Fire worm variant (grayer body with red at the bases of the bristles). They might harm corals. Clumsy me decided to poke one a few months ago :( (got it removed eventually).

When in doubt, get it out. You can make a simple baited trap yourself to remove it if you wish. There's plenty of bristleworm trap threads on here.
