Odd pellet substance appearing?

Hello,
I’m new to this website. However I do have a question. I can’t tell what/ where these pellets are coming from.

I have a 90 gallon with clown fish, blue tang, dog face, an angle and a snowflake eel.

All levels are normal, all fish are fine.

Does anyone know?

Might want to buy the "Python No Spill"

Take off the end tube, (use the end of the hose) and suck it down your sink's drain, like @DSC reef suggested.

Thanks everyone! Yes I did just recently “4 days ago” got 2 turbo snails! I’m glad someone was able to help out. I will definitely clean it up.
