2 times now I have had PH alarms on my controller, Reef Keeper Lite old but works for me until I can upgraded to an Apex. First time was a low PH alarm I have set at 7.65, basically can not happen unless salinity drops. That alarm happened about a week ago. Today I had a high PH alarm which is set to go off at 8.35 and that can only happen if my ATO fails on and dumps kalk water into the tank which did not happen. Of coarse both times I was at work but my wife called and we trouble shot over the phone, determined nothing happend and ph was currently at a normal range at the time of the phone call, which was within minutes of the alarm going off. I get home and see no issues, PH is normal, no ATO kalk overdoses, no skimmer overflowing or tank overflowing causing ATO to dose a large amount up to 5g of LOW saturation kalk. No idea whats going on. Ph probe is a BRS single junction about 2 years old now, calibrated about 2-3 times a year and run on the Reef Keeper SL1 module. What the heck is going on here?! Of coarse this is all happening right before I go on vacation so Im stressed just a little. Need an Apex!

I'd lean toward it's time for a new probe. They don't last forever.

And the spelling in your context would be "course." ;)
