Today I noticed that my starlord/ms pacman had these crazy large polyps sticking out. Not everywhere just in certain spots? I look at my corals daily with a magnifier and its first time Ive saw them.

I was feeding tank. Its coming out the end of each,,,whatever you call the coral tube part LOL I dont think its poop as it was there for couple hours Ill look again when I get home.Are you sure that's part of the coral? Not algae or aiptasia on the rock? I also could be pooping, have you been feeding it?

Ive been doing this 20 years and im still learning

Although I did just change the light over it two days ago so that would makes sense about algae suddenly forming.
