Odd Relationship

Is it a rare thing that my Candy Pistol Shrimp paired up with My Firefish instead of my YWG? I’ve noticed that the Firefish goes into the burrow when the lights are out and the Pistol does it’s digging

If the goby and the shrimp weren't already paired it's probably that the shrimp doesn't mind sharing the burrow and the firefish doesn't care about the shrimp as long as it doesn't mess with it.
I had a firefish that got snapped to death when it tried to join my goby and shrimp in their burrow but that was probably more of a territory thing as opposed to a "hey, you don't look like a goby" thing.
