Odd spot on Emporer Angel

Has anyone seen a spot like this before? My Emporer has a weird white growth on his side. It is hard and raised. It has been on him for about 2 weeks now. Out of all of the fish we've had, we have never seen anything like this. Not much luck researching online either. No other tankmates are sick.

Ammonia levels are good
Salinity1.25 -1.26
Nitrites 0
Nitrates 0
Temp currently raised at 81
