barnacle blenny - they're small and cute funny fish. If you add a deep sand bed maybe 1 or 2 yellow head jawfish. They are relatively small and they don't swim around much. There aren't too many fish suitable for a 20 gallon unfortunately. You could do oddball inverts for more options.
