Oddity sitting on by my Zoas

Hi everyone. My first tank (up since Jan 2020) is doing fairly well. I do have something that is on a rock with some Zoas that I cannot ID. I have a picture and a video. The video shows how it contracts when I tap on the tank stand so it definitely is alive. I know I have an aiptasia sitting in the photo as well. That will be dealt with soon. In the meantime, I'd like to identify whatever the thing with the two cones is. The cones sit on a small mound that contracts. I'd say it's 5/8" long.

So @DhazedAZ you are fine with the names/type of hitchhikers you have there on that photo: any of the 2 worms I said(can't see which one is there from the photo), you probably have Tunicate (the thing between the worm/s and the Aiptasia on front of it. (The Tunicate look also and like shroom x )
