Oddly enough I've had fun messing around with all this... (just started testing newb).

Big tang

Question is when and what type of other corals/fish to add? Not sure I'm down with corals that are hard to deal with but I can keep my parameters pretty solid.

Lots of great info on here.

Little bit of an issue with brown sand after a couple days.

Dose with Fusion 1 and 2 per instructions and just started slowly doing carbonate to raise Ak.

I'm sure I'm doing everything wrong but it's fun.

Nitrate is good
Calcium same

Decent water chance once a week.

welcome aboard the r2r board! how old is your tank?
Tank is well established but got really out of sorts a couple years ago when a buddy of mine wasn't doing his job. Green algae completely took over.

Called in a dude from the local shop and he got it back in shape a year or so ago.

The last 3-4 months I've truly enjoyed taking it over but I've got a lot to learn.

The dudes at the local shop have been a big help.

Any corals y'all can recommend that aren't "difficult" to deal with I'm all ears.

I'm not ready to buy corals and have them die because I don't know exactly what I'm doing.

Thanks man.
