odyssea mh ballast switch?

i have a odyssea 48" fixture with 2 250w mh in it I had it for a few years but never used it. my question is if I was to buy 2 new 150w ballasts and bulbs will it work.? just don't want 250x2 on a 55-75 gallon tank.

150 watt and 250 watt have different sockets too. They would need to be changed as well.

Thank you did not think on that.. But sockets are pretty cheap. So i need 150 watt ballasts and new sockets and bulbs
