Hey man thanks for joining us...1smile1 I have to say there has been a lot of people praying for me family and friends and I posted on here just like 3 days ago asking for help... In those 3 short days I got a interview this morning and a job!!! I have been searching high and low for 3 months and it finally has arrived... I was suppose to start the day after Xmas but my phone just rang and the boss said be here Monday morning at 6:30...: what music to my ears only 4 days left of my vacation haha... Thank you all and god bless!!!!

Troylee - What a great job training our "wounded warriors"! It is so important to help the veterans that need it to be able to take care of themselves. I'm very happy to hear that you will soon leave the ranks of the unemployed.

I've never asked for prayers before, but would like some for my son, my wife's family, and myself. My wife past away suddenly in September due to complications, and we have all been dealing with the tragedy. The loss was totally unexpected, and was a complete shock to all of us. I have been left as the soul caretaker for my 19 month old son, and could use the prayers to get through this tough time. It has been hard road to say the least, but with God's help, and the support of our friends, family, and communities like this, we will continue to pick up the pieces. Her memory will live on through us, and we'll let my son know what a great woman his mother was.

I have a prayer request:
For the Smith family specifically Debbie Smith. She lost her husband last night. They were an older couple in the Orchid Society here in Gainesville, Fl. Tom Smith was a great man and friend and held our biannual auctions for the society. He was a fun person and will be greatly missed by many people.

My thoughts and prayers go out to the Smith family and to you and yours as well laskopyre.

I'd like to ask for prayers as well for my good friend Steve who was shot this morning while on duty, he is currently in critical condition and we are unsure whether he will make it or not. Please keep him as well as his wife Jan in your thoughts and prayers.

Stay strong For your son. And seek GOD first through everything you do. He WILL help you.

As bad/odd as some things may seem, GOD puts us in situations to draw us closer to HIM.

While I can't level with you on your situation, he has stripped almost everyone from around me. I've actually noticed a method of choosing from him. That's what I've been working with lately.

Prayer sent to you to help with your strength in this troubled time. KEEP THE FAITH

I am keeping you all in my prayers and close to my heart.

I continue to pray for all who post here and want to thank you for your prayers for a job for me. I got word yesterday afternoon that I will be starting next week at my new job. It is a temporary job to cover for a lady on maternity leave until April but there is a good chance that it will develop into a permanent job since they have recently increased production and the manager wants to hire more help if the company approves it. It is in Frankfort which is about an hour drive from my home in Louisville but a little more money than my last job so that will cover the extra gas.

Please pray for a team of 15 men from my church. We are going to Haiti in March to build churches and spread the Word of Jesus Christ. Please pray to keep us safe and be what they need for us to be. Thank you.
