@BRS
You're an industry leader, I'd like to see a thread, not a video, where you get cyano (mixed with Dino and any other coexpression) posted to your thread and we watch it fixed live time. Dosers you sell or techniques you advise are used live time across tanks
Views on such a thread w be massive
Entrants for help will be twenty pages by Monday, who doesn't relish such a challenge as tank tuners? Easy jobs r no fun

Every critic online who has cyano control best approaches, link your work thread here inviting people to post challenges in your thread, we watch you work

Reef sages who write for us, consult on build designs, published folks
OLD TANK PROS
Make the thread, advance some science, work in others tanks not your own, and let's boost accountability for fixing up these many cyano challenges going nowadays

What I want to flip: instead of us giving single post advice about how to handle cyano, or lengthy biology or chemistry writing, flip it reverse and ask for challenges to be posted to you. We watch you convert theory or retail items for sale into compliant tanks and happy updates from former invaded tank owners.
We watch decades of reef experience go to work, live

if we get one participant out of a forum of five hundred cyano experts it will help aquarium science to see which actions hone down to be the reliable deal. Someone is willing to step out of safe zone and into logged work live time

Remedial actions we offer to others should easily run a works thread, if they're legit offers.

Is anyone down for just starting a simple works thread to validate today's cyano cause and cure advice?
We have a chance to elevate reef aquarium design and science by going next level, application level, with our collective knowledge on cyano challenges but only from this angle. Only the non safe zone tests correctly

Clearly we aren't going to get a flurry of sign ups :) but in the least it would be fun to collect works by the people we revere in the hobby.

Anyone who ever spoke at macna for example, where's your work thread?

Even if nobody makes a work thread, we can state who we would like to see making one.

anyone who makes instructional videos or writes articles are who I want to post the most. YouTube reef pros would be ideal
Authorities getting hands dirty

It's like when your band teacher walked over to any instrument and instantly made it work, across instruments. You knew why they were the band teacher at that moment. We do not have that going for us in the hobby nowadays, teachers aren't demoing enough.

Ok how about GHA

Dinos already have work threads running, and those are the threads I consult for latest dinos information. Someone here who has beaten GHA in your tank, run the method through a work thread

Not a YouTube video with seven mil views, a work thread asking for gha challenge tanks to work. Do the opposite thing that web posters do regarding information exchange, it tests science well and it refines statements and paradigms at light speed. It's accountability, for once.

Anyone who has ever written from a teaching or instructional stance in reefing, including book authors and macna speakers, should start one or all of these threads and let me see Bob Ross effect 2019
-Post your cyano challenges for me to fix (if you're reef famous you get a hundred entrants quick)
-Post your gha challenges for me to fix
-Post your fish health challenges for me to fix (already being done, see fish disease forum)

Work threads are rare in our hobby, asking for challenge, while extollment posts and threads are not rare. Know your gems.

Of the six readers who may peruse this thread, if you know how to reach a macna speaker, pls forward them this link this is what the public wants to see.

True, at-the-DNA tank tuners don't make excuses about volume of such posts or time it takes to run a test/ work thread, they simply relish the actual work.

Asking for a work thread as an authoritative figure in reefing is the best way to use web forums to advance your science, somebody make one let's track a new works thread for all the reef umpires out there.

Ask for problem tanks, turn them out fixed, simple.

I’ve seen you use the phrase “work thread” a few other places. So does each “expert” or master have their own thread where they accept challenges? Who ensures the plan is accurately carried out? Any examples?

Cool idea. Maybe someone will take it on!
