Ok what am I dealing with here? Are these bad guys? They seem to have exploded in numbers. Little spiral white shell looking things. Spirosis is one thing I saw?

If bad how do I do I get rid of them?

Yeah, looks like Spirorbid worms (genus Spirorbis) to me - harmless filter feeders, as mentioned above. The only effective method I'm aware of for getting rid of them - if you want to do so (sometimes the population gets large enough to be considered unsightly, which is usually when people choose to remove them) is scraping them off and removing them by hand.
 
They are fantastic to have, will adjust their population to fit the tank, look cool imo, and consume excess suspended food and organics in your tank. Literally 0 downside unless you hate the way they look.
 
Pics very dark to confirm as it may be spirobid snails as suggested but also can be nerite snail eggs.
Please provide pics under white lighting
