OH NO! I overdosed NOPOX and I turned off my skimmer by accident. Quarantine time! RIP to my shrimp and urchin. Fish are doing a little better and starfish is still alive.

Must be the season. Yesterday I went to feed fish, poured some pellets into the lid to feed then proceeded to dump the entire jar in instead of the lid contents Hope you get things squared away.

Good luck, water changes are you friend. Since your stuff is small enough I'd do 50% and go from there.

This is why I prefer biopellets over liquid dosing. Much more self regulated in my opinion.

And I can add my fishies back? Large water change, add more bacteria, and a UV sterilizer? I’m leaving Wednesday to go on vacation and this isn’t helping.

why add more bacteria when you have an abundance of it?

I would do a water change and add a UV.

This is in essence carbon dosing and a Good water change will lower content but not deadly unless whole bottle went in.
As Tamberav noted- Some bacteria is good but chasing/adding bacteria defeats stability and not necessary nor warranted.
Add a hang on back filter with carbon, utilize filter socks or similar and change water to reduce cloudiness and content of NoPox

No bacteria for now and UV unit can only reduce the populations of those ailments that are free-floating in the tank and will only reduce the rate of growth and spreading , but will not necessarily addresswhat is already growing in the column and while it Will improve water clarity, the particles Must pass through the UV column

um... the white in your tank is basically bacteria... lowering the oxygen and causing issues...

so adding extra seems counter productive when you are doing a water change and adding UV to REMOVE bacteria.
