my 110 gal has been running for 6-1/2 weeks now. lights were out on the tank and the worm was sitting on a rock. i took these pics with my flash and he exited into a hole in the rock!! this dont look good. I have 3 damsels 2 small polops, 1 frogspawn in the tank. :ooh: looks like a CENTIPEDE 1000 legs

Thats a bristal worm some like um some don't.

bristle worm. good CUC, there population varies by the amoutn of food available. try not ot touch the bigger ones they can sting you lol or any size at that lol

Bristleworm for sure. It will clean uneaten food and such off your sand bed and in rocks. As mentioned above some like them some dont. I didnt. I spend to much time with my hands in the tank and the last thing i want to do is touch one of those spikes.

Its definately a bristle worm.I tend to take the bigger ones out and leave the little ones. They are very good for you tank and the overall health of your sandbed they eat uneaten foods.

yeah i would leave them, if there is one then there is way more. I never really see mine and i have never been stung. They are part of the CUC and do a great job.
