As an eBay Associate we earn from qualifying purchases.
Looks like they used your pic.It happened to me awhile back someone had one of my zoa frag pack pics on ebay.what I did was send them a email and ask if they really have all the zoas pictured. When they respond yes I sent them a link to my pic on my site and asked how.
 
Just report him to ebay. Give them your pic link and tell them he did not have your permission to use it. That is strickly against the ebay user agreement He will be warned, and if it keeps happening, he will be gone.

I reported him to ebay, it just really ticked me off that someone would do that... is there a program that can watermark photos in large scale, or would it have to be one by one?

you can use Photoshop to add a watermark to an image...if you have a bunch, then you can record a macro and apply it to an entire folder of images......actually, talk to Marvin...he modifies all his images with his name..dunno if he uses Photoshop tho
