I would like to thank this vendor for the great communication methods used to track and follow the progress of the package sent to me last week. My package was supposed to come in as priority but got held up at the Memphis hub for an extra day and it made me very weary because I did not expect them to make it through. Guess what?!? The packaging methods used in the process made them withstand the duration of 2 days in transit. Not to mention this vendor kept me posted with updates which not too many vendors do. They reassured me that they will arrive alive and they did.
