Someone needs to come up with a cone/canister for a skimmer with it clear on one side so you can see the bubbles, and dark/smoked acrylic on the other to keep coraline from growing. Avast makes a skimmer that the whole thing is dark, but I like to see my bubbles.

Window tint should work real easy to do this, And you have too much free time on your Job!
