Yeah, they were set up right next to djtonton who I got my plate coral frag for $5 from. The marijanes I got were $10 for 2 polyps, which I'm still happy with them. I know I've got some time still, but I need to decide if I'm going to try to make it to the Columbus swap this fall... It just sucks that I have to work Thurs-Mon, and if I need a Saturday off, I need to go through all sorts of BS to make it happen. Such is the life of a chip guy I suppose...

At least you have a job to haggle over days....i'm recently laid-off and can take almost all frags donated to the greater cause.:after_boom: yeah, i was right behind Dj, we traded some stuff, really great guy and top notch corals...

How's the plate doing? i almost bought one.....
 
It's doing great. My buddy and I walked past about 3:15 or so, and he still had two. We asked how much he was willing to take for them, he said "take both for $10". Couldn't pass it up...
The tentacles were out within 20 minutes of it being in the tank, and it's looking awesome. It's my first time with a plate coral, but my buddy's had them before, and according to him, it's looking normal and healthy.

very nice, the pics looked good. i've never had 1 myself...
 
Since I have tomorrow off, if I can get myself up off my butt, I'll try to snap some shots of my tanks. It's been a while since I've taken some good shots, plus I need to post up my results from my Vit-C dosing experiments (which have been awesome).
 
I had a tank thread on a couple other sites a while back when I started up my 30 gallon. Haven't made one at all for the 75. Checking out yours now.

Toledo to be more exact. Former TRAC board member (Toledo Reef and Aquarium Club) and now just a regular hobbyist. I'm moving to Crestline (next to Mansfield/Galion/Shelby/Bucyrus) in July. So I'll be right in the middle of TRAC, C-SEA, and CORA. Decisions decisions decisions....

Welcome and I know what ya mean. I was gonna join(still might) PMAS, not really too far, and they meet on Saturdays.
 
How crappy I paid 15 for 2 polyps of the maryjanes and I came unglued and I can't find it in my tank so now I have 1 15.00 polyp! :( .. They seller promised 3+ on the fragswapper but oh well

Sorry to hear that you lost some, but they'll probably pop up somewhere. My escapee's always do ;). I'm thinking of going to the C-Sea meeting on Friday, be my first. Think I'm going to join.
 
I'm about 45 minutes from Pittsburgh, so I thought about joining PMAS, but haven't made up my mind yet. Cleveland is close to 2.5 hrs away, and Columbus is 2 hrs away, so I don't think it would be practical to jump on board with either of them...
 
If anyone in the Kent,Ravenna are is interested I have these zoa frag for trade or sale.. Or I can ship but would rather keep it local..
