Ok do you think this is bacterial or parasitic.?

He's in qt. Acts blind. I can catch him with my hands. I've been treating with kanaplex for the last 4 days. No improvement. Thinking about a FW dip, an changing it up to parzi pro At the next wc Tomorrow. Pics out of water do not really show the cloudyness well. But both are cloudy an pics are of the worse eye.

Bacterial or even eye injury. Maracyn 1 -ethromyacin is best remedy . If both eyes- bacterial and treat with maracyn 2 then. Assure good water quality and diet are offered. Bi-color angels are difficult fish to deal with even when healthy
