Just got a foxface in my 29 gal tank 2 hrs ago and he is acting real funny

He's in an upright position and his colors are so not yellow right now. Should I worry about anything

No worries, they change color when they are spooked or stressed out.

I was told at lsf that if u don't have a lot of fish it would be fine I only have 2 clown. Fish and him

To be honest, no. That tank is way to small for a FoxFace.

Fox Faces will get 8-10" in size even a 75 gallon is pushing it especially if you have additional fish.

Well I got him from a guy breaking down a tank for 5dollars if I see he is not happy I can take to los and get some pretty good store credit

As already mentioned, that size tank is really not suitable. They are high-strung, semi aggressive fish (more so in a smaller tank). They are great for algae control, but will wipe out the vegetation quickly in a small tank. If not fed regularly, they can and will start munching soft corals and fleshy LPS.
