I got a used Spectra Pure model Eliminator 90 Ro system from my fiances new boss. It only has 2 lower canisters and 1 upper. I am completely ignorant to these units, but am going to do some more research tonight. But that being said, I always value feedback from those on this forum.
Is this a reef compatable ro unit? Ive seen on their website they also sell the DI add on unit. Is it feasable to use as a reef safe water filter. Does anyone else use this, or know enough about it to help me put it to use? I woll include this link as to the closest thing I see to my unit on their website, and also a picture of the unit i have. Super excited if i can use it, but not trying to get my hopes up too soon.
Side note we also have freshwater tanks so if i cant use on reef tank, I maybe could use it on freshwater.

The chamber to the left is a pre sediment filter. The chamber to the right is a carbon block filter. The chamber on top is the reverse osmosis filter.

This unit could be converted to your needs, but it needs a pressure gauge and a TDS meter to be effective. Depending on your incoming TDS and wether your local water supply, you may need a additional carbon block because of chloramine.

And yes need a DI chamber.

Awesome. Appreciate the details. Is it easier/more economical to buy from the manufacturer or is it a standard amongst most units. Can I run, say brs brand stuff with this one?

You can get a upgrade kit from BRS to add the extra carbon block and DI stage to your existing system.. looks like the one push fitting will need to be replaced also.
