1. Vectra (not sure I can justify the extra cost) convince me

Buy the Jebao from Logan at ReefBreeders (awesome to deal with and he offers a 12 month warranty). I would go up a size though to the 9000, you can easily dial it back or amp it up if performance starts to decrease. Logan also has the module to make the pump controllable through your Apex (I know you are going this route)

Really happy with my Deep Water Aquatics BLDC 5 DC return pump. That would be my recommendation.

Read way too much negative reviews on the vectra.
