Oh boy, we actually took our first weekend off in a l-o-n-g time, so we didn't actually get any pics up for today..yet. No doubt, we 'll be putting some new stuff on the website tonight and definitely tomorrow! We have some INSANE new pieces, and more and better frags than ever before, waiting to be added!
In the mean time, I was hoping I could enlist YOUR help!
We get in a lot of "miscellaneous Zoa rocks" from various sources. Many of them are just "Eagle Eyes and "Radioactives"...initially. What seems to happen over time is that they "morph" into other color varieties. It's truly amazing what you end up with!
Here is an interesting development...Formerly "Radioactive" zoos- just beautiful florescent green...And after a few weeks, some of them started changing into these:
This is a really bad iphone pic I took (no excuse, really..EVERY photo I take, even with our $$$ camera, ahem...SUCKS!), but don't they bear a superficial resemblance to the "Rasta" morph? A bit different, but sort of similar:
Has anyone ever seen this morph? I'm sure that it has some goofy name...Anyone know what it might be? It's much brighter in reality than my crappy, over-blued iphone shot, but you get the idea..
I guess it always pays to look at your inventory..never know what might pop in!
We'll get to work and get you some new corals to look at tomorrow!
