no the skimmer fit very nicely and still had a little room this skimmer is Vertex 180i

Do you plan on using Chaeto only in the fuge

Looks good, how do you like the water going up through the bubble trap and over into the return section? I generally put filter floss in that area but wonder how that would work on there.

Regular holesaws work well for acrylic. You can use a router as well for cleaner cuts.

Just used a regular hole saw no water drill slow and don't force it
