Old coralife ballast fried

hey folk, one of my ballasts on an old coralife compact fluorescent quad 65 watt 120volt died today. I only have my 10,000k bulbs running right now. I can’t seem to find a replacement and was wondering if anyone could point me in the direction of a compatible ballast. Attached is a picture of the specs. It’s a two lamp ballast. Thanks for your help.
