I’ve been out of the reef hobby for over 20 years. Kids, work, and life took priority. I started watching BRS videos and decided to get back into the hobby and set up my tank that has been sitting for over 20 years. I’m glad to see the science has significantly improved. Unbelievable to see coral aquaculture and salt water fish breeding has come so far.
I’m thinking of starting the tank up slowly. I’ll cycle dead rock, and then use the Zeovit system with a refugium like on the BRS160. We’ll see how it goes. Wish me luck
