Hi everyone. I had a 120ga reef tank that I had to take down about 10yrs ago because I moved across the country. I kept a lot of my old equipment and I'd like to reuse some of the things that are still in good shape. Specifically I'm thinking about a few of the wave makers. But they have dried coralline algae on them. Is this an issue? Would it be good for a new tank or should I just try and take it off first?

Thanks

#WelcometoR2R!!! Try citric acid to removed the coralline algae.
