I have a pair of clowns in a small bio cube, they have been happy and healthy for going on 10 years. 2 months ago I started my RedSea 350 and it’s ready for them. Should I do anything to ease the transition for them other than slow acclimation? Should they get any kind of medication as I am going to add other fish (after a QT period) to this tank, although they don’t show any signs I know some disease can hide in healthy fish

Clowns are tough just acclimate them like u just got them from the fish store. If they have been in your system then they have technically been "quarantined" for ten years lol.
