So, I’ve had my apex for maybe 3-4 years now, and while I have a few gripes, it has functioned ok. Screen on the controller died probably a year ago, but fusion worked and it hadn’t been an issue. Up until 2 weeks ago, I have ran it off a gaming adapter as there was no way to hardwire it to internet. Recently upgraded my internet and bought the google WiFi points, with one specifically for the basement where I could hardwire the apex to it. Figured it would be a more reliable connection than the cheap thing I had been using. Once I changed my modem and router, the connection on the apex went down (as I expected it would) but I haven’t been able to get it to reconnect now that it is plugged into the new router. The unit does need an update-but out of the 3 laptops in my house, not one of them has an Ethernet port-because it’s 2019 and all and wifi is ubiquitous. So no way to safely update the apex, and now can’t figure out how to get it to connect to the internet (so even if I wanted to take the risk and update via WiFi, I don’t have that option) and no screen to navigate to work through the update, or check connection status, and now that it won’t connect to fusion, no way to actually control my tank.
what is my next step? Do I need to buy a new screen to make any progress? Am I stuck with an expensive, out of date, power strip with no way to control it? Any help here is appreciated. Thanks
A couple of pics that show which lights are on (I thought these indicated it was connected to the internet-?)

usb to ethernet adapter is $10 for your computer. or you can get a new apex, the way you got a new computer, cause its 2019 and wifi is ubiquitous. I am using a an old apex jr and have a 2013 macbook pro that has no ethernet adapter. I bought a dongle for $30. if you do the adapter route make sure to turn the wifi off on your laptop so the ethernet is the primary connection.
