I have had these for about 5-6 years now and still havent found a name, so I will try here

the only other place I have seen them is at the boston aquarium in one of their tanks

here is a pic of a frag, purple and gold, (and they are very slow growers)

Oh wow I have the same ones they look really cool under actinics ,but mine grow at a normal rate. I hope you find out what they are I just call mine moccasins ha

Hey if they don't exist then you can always create a name. Like.... OhYeah's Purple Explosion. LOL I think that's what most coral seller's do anyways to jack up the price.

I see those on DD all of the time labeled as green star dust...I know their labeling isn't always correct but they are very frequent on the sight, I almost bought a rock with some a couple weeks ago but someone beat me to the punch. Usually see them on a rock with their flaming grapes or x-men colonies (both look like lunar eclipse morphs).

on these I get about 3-4 polyps a year. and they almost died off once I bought a rock of zoas because it had two of these polyps on it. it was probably only like 4 years ago not the 5-6 I originally said

where I got them
