Old rock into new tank possible?

Is it possible to transfer my Rock into a new tank from an old one? I plan on using new sand and a fresh mix of water. Will i have any issues with this? Will it be instantly cycled?

No issue using old / mature rock from your old tank into your new

I did it 3 times while upgrading sizes.

You will have a mini cycle. But not too bad. Each time I added the fish to the tank right away. But each time I went much bigger
