Old Style Vortech MP controller/driver

Let me begin by showing you what I’m looking for (doesn’t need to be “w”):

I know there are a load of these out there from folks who upgraded to the QD drivers.

I actually need this for an MP10, but would entertain MP40 drivers as well for when my old ones die. Even though they look exactly similar, an MP40 drive will not work on an MP10 (according to Ecotech.)
